In January 1988, in reaction to the first Intifada, the Jerusalem Heads of Churches issued a public statement on the situation of Palestinian Christians living in the Occupied Territories of the Holy Land. Over the next 20 years, they issued 67 more joint public statements. This book gathers these statements in one place for the first time. In the statements, Palestinian Christian pastors speak out on behalf of their people and call for unity among all Christians around the world.
