Holmes (1887-1960) was the founder of the worldwide Religious Science movement, and this is its textbook. Believers and scholars know mostly the 1938 edition, but quite a bit of eye-opening material had been edited out of the 1926 first edition. Here, for the first time, both editions are presented in a single volume. The 1926 edition has sections on the evolution of man's thought, the lessons, special articles, and daily meditations for self-help and healing. The 1938 edition has the nature of being, spiritual mind healing, spiritual mind healing, the perfect whole, teachings from the New Testament, and meditations.
