In the mid-1980s, classic 1960s heroes The T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents returned for a five-issue run that recaptured the innocence of their original comics while adding a modern sensibility. In these new tales, the team – whose name stood for “The Higher United Nations Defense Enforcement Reserves” – travelled the globe to battle international terrorism. The heroes include super-strong Dynamo, super-speedster Lightning, otherworldly NoMan, femme fatale Raven and more.
