<i>Sleep and Affect: Assessment, Theory, and Clinical Implications</i> reviews what we know about how and when fleeting or long-standing, mild or extreme, well-defined or mixed and complex emotional states affect our sleep, and how the quality and duration of our sleep then impacts our emotional state.
