Spanish intellectual Servetus is better known as an early discoverer of blood circulation than as a Reformation theologian. In fact he was persecuted by the Spanish and French Inquisitions, then was burned alive for heresy in Geneva on the initiative of John Calvin. His masterpiece Christianismi restitutio was very influential at the time, though too radical for any religious group to adopt as a whole.
