U.S. Air Force Colonel MacGregor (Center for Technology and National Security, National Defense U.) advocates for many of the same ideas advanced by Donald Rumsfeld, often referred to as the "Revolution in Military Affairs." MagGregor joins Rumsfeld in the love of technology, reliance on air and naval power, and the emphasis on rapid mobility. A number of issues of organizational structure are also addressed.
