Originally published between 1960 and 1989, the 23 papers in this reader are presented by Posner (U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit and U. of Chicago Law School) and Parisi (George Mason School of Law) as seminal papers on the economics of property, contract, and tort law that continue to exert an influence on the field.
