The aim of this book is to offer not only a synthesis of the current definitive (global) international activity surrounding reflective practice within nursing, but also to provide frameworks and structures by which the reader might better evaluate the value of reflective practice for their own locality. Thus moving between the universal and the particular this book encourages the practitioner to reflect not only on their practice, but importantly, on the concept of reflection itself.
