The fourth edition of this textbook by Brooks (Northampton Business School, The U. of Northampton) provides instruction to help students interpret and work with real-life organizational problems. It also is intended to encourage critical examination of the theory of organizational behavior. The author and three co-contributors provide additional coverage of organizational theory in this edition as well as more coverage of diversity issues. Topics include perspectives on individual behavior, motivation at work, groups and teams, organizational structure and culture, and the impact of national culture on organizational behavior.
