Part II presents conditioning workouts for specific activities, with details on each activity's cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility needs, sample goals, and beginning, intermediate, and advanced seven-day fitness programs. Part III presents dynamic, active, and static stretches specific to the sports discussed, to be done before and after the conditioning workouts. All exercises are illustrated with b&w photos.
