Subsequent chapters cover important legal concerns such as contracts, labor relations, agents, tort and risk management, and intellectual property. Gender equity and discrimination concerns also receive focus, along with a discussion of the issue of drug testing. Each chapter ends with a series of notes and discussion questions that for some reason are mixed together.
