In 21 chapters, authors discuss the foundations of school-based behavioral assessment and interventions; approaches to prevention, intervention, and the importance of the often- overlooked issues of generalization and maintenance; information on specific techniques (such as response to intervention (RTI), daily report cards); and customizing such strategies for special school populations (e.g., children with autism).
