This volume, to accompany the exhibition at the UCLA Fowler Museum in the fall of 2006, contains 76 photos of oil lamps and incense burners from South and Southeast Asia donated by Chitralekha and Pratapaditya Pal, who wrote the foreword. Anderson, who cataloged the collection, provides an historical essay that also discusses the lamps' style, motifs, and use in festivals, along with color photos. There is no index.
