The runner on Santa's sleigh is coming loose, and it must be fixed before all the Christmas Eve deliveries. There is no parking anywhere, so Santa parks in a no parking zone and while he and the reindeer are gone to get a tool to fix things, the sleigh is impounded by two police officers!
