Donald Brun (1909-1999) was one of the most successful Swiss graphic artists of his time. Brun was the beginning of a coneptual and self-conscious thinking in the parameters of the market. He has thus uncovered the dubious morality to the "good and beautiful" poster--and precisely this phenomenon that deserves our attention. Donald Brun was a co-founder of the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI).
