Intended for teachers and educational curriculum designers, this volume examines the many uses of LEGO robotic systems for teaching in a variety of settings. While providing a small overview of the technical aspects of LEGO robotics and several example projects, the majority of the work addresses the pedagogical issues of using LEGO in the classroom such as materials requirements, costs, learning standards, assessment, custom curriculum development, and extra-curricular opportunities for students.
