Ackermann and Eden (strategy and management science, Strathclyde Business School, Scotland) offer a second edition of their guide to building robust strategies that are sufficiently attractive to participants that they want to implement them. The authors provide four types of strategic designs in a format that includes paired chapters in which theories and concepts are first explained, then followed up with a how-to chapter. Examples and real-life cases, as well as discussions of easy-to-use computer software and group support are included.
