Theresa Cone and Stephen Cone (health and exercise science, Rowan U.) focuse on dance as an inherent part of a child's education and as a mode of learning that uses the body and the senses to gather information, communicate, and demonstrate conceptual understandings. They present 31 learning experiences for use in physical education, dance, and classroom settings at the elementary level as a part of a physical or arts education program.
