Due to various historical and political factors, Greater Chinese representation at the World Trade Organization is comprised of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, presenting a unique legal landscape within the WTO system. Wu (Academia Sinica, Taiwan) explores the interactions between these four WTO members as a window into investigating the economic integration of Greater China at the multilateral, bilateral, and domestic levels, focusing on how dispute resolution mechanisms at different levels contribute to the judicial settlement of disputes. Following introduction to background and methodology, the work is organized into three parts examining issues of judicial review among the four members at all levels, trade disputes between the members and their resolution at various levels, and conclusions regarding the legal and economic integration of Greater China.
