This edited collection addresses three inter-related themes concerning the law and economics of a potential green economy: the link between investment, trade, and natural resource management in the context of the growing economic inequalities between states; the environmental and social conflicts arising out of economic globalization; and the response of regulatory and institutional mechanisms to the challenges of rapid resource depletion.
