This undergraduate textbook explains how to review published literature, collect primary data, analyze data with basic statistics, and translate results into written and verbal formats for different audiences. The author introduces theories and models for planning a research project, qualitative data collection methods, possible variables for quantitative methods, survey techniques, sample size calculation, inferential statistics, project budgets, and the elements of a written report.
