In <em>The Road to Enlightenment</em>, Yogmata Keiko Aikawa shares her own experiences and the wisdom she's gained from her forty-five-year study of yoga, meditation, and healing arts. In 1985, Aikawa met the legendary master Pilot Baba, who, in turn, introduced her to his teacher, the great sage Hari Baba. She then embarked on an austere and rigorous training program in the Himalayas. It was during this period that Yogmata Keiko Aikawa achieved<em>samadhi,</em> which she describes as &quot;the highest goal of life.
