As understanding and treatment of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse grows, so too does the pool of people who require assistance. Older adults are becoming an increasingly important demographic when considering this kind of mental health care. While many of the fundamentals remain the same, older adults face their own unique problems that require specialized care.
