<p>There are several behavioral traits that engineers are taught overtly and covertly while in college. These traits make them good engineers. This book is a discussion of the traits that initially make a good engineer, but later, after several years of employment, become impediments to advancement. This book will also provide alternative behaviors to each of the traits. These alternative behaviors are designed to provide for career growth and success.</p>
