Dinstein and Domb present readers with a collection of scholarly essays and articles devoted to presenting, as a whole, a picture of Israel’s human rights record for the year of 2013. The text is organized in four parts. Part one looks at air and missile warfare, targeting and protection, and extra-territorial effects. Part two examines international and humanitarian law. Part three looks at discrimination, and the final section of the book is devoted to judicial decisions. Dinstein and Domb are both faculty members of Tel Aviv University, Israel.
