Authors Wiley, Gentry, and Torres-Feliciano present students, academics, and professionals working in a wide variety of contexts with a therapy manual for working with autistic children between four and nine years of age. The authors have organized the nineteen chapters that make up the main body of their text in two units devoted to activities for four to six-year-olds and activities for seven to nine-year-olds. Individual chapters are focused on being a good sport, personal hygiene, everyday situations, and a wide variety of other related subjects. Betholyn F. Gentry is a faculty member of the University of Arkansas. Pamela Wiley is a speech-language pathologist in private practice in California.
