The main body of the text is organized in two main parts devoted to the world economy and trade in 2014 and early 2015 and the benefits and challenges of implementing the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement. The second part is organized in six sections focused on trade facilitation as a concept, trade facilitation in a global context, the theory and measurement of trade facilitation world wide, estimating the benefits of the agreement, and the challenges of implementing the agreement.
